History
With a shortfall of Thai part suppliers to meet burgeoning demands for both export and local use, approximately 35% of automotive parts are currently being imported. Already a supplier to many Thai companies, Dynacast started a rep office in Thailand in 2005 to enhance its support to customers. The close proximity strengthened our presence and increased our harmonization with the Thai culture, thus developing greater business rapport.

Market Position
Situated in Bangkok, the rep office develops both current and new customers in the automotive, electronics and telecommunications industries. In providing localized services and ease for on-site business discussions, it ensures customer satisfaction for both sales and engineering negotiations required by local companies.

The rep office is fully supported by all Dynacast plants in Asia Pacific offering resources in engineering, manufacturing and marketing. There is ready expertise to produce complex netshape components in Zinc, Aluminium, and Magnesium, with mass volume fulfillment, high part to part consistency, tight tolerance and high precision. Till date, most parts contracted in Thailand are manufactured by the Singapore and Melaka plants, owing to the swift logistics arrangement between the countries.
